I just wanted to let you know that I recieved my prescription Oakley Flak Jacket sunglasses in great condition. They are wonderful. Non prescription sunglasses
Our non prescription warranty offers a 100% full refund or exchange if there are manufacturing flaws or defects.* They must be returned within two weeks of shipment date in perfect condition together with the original box and packaging.
*Upon receipt frames will be examined to ensure that they are in their original condition and packaging then full price of the frames will be refunded.
**We very strongly recommend that you try on the frames you are interested in at a local store before you buy them at any online store. Our goal is to provide you with better prices and we will not be held responsible if you are not satisfied with the fit of the frame with the exception of manufacturer defects.
Returns on Prescription Sunglasses
If you aren't happy with your prescription sunglasses or there are frame or lens defects please contact us within 3 weeks of the shipping date. We will refund the full price of the frames*, however because of the unique and custom nature of prescription sunglasses we cannont refund the price of the lenses. This is rarely a problem as all of our work is done by highly skilled, certified opticians and every order is checked for defects before leaving our doors.
