Domestic Shipping 

Orders within the US will be shipped via UPS ground.  Average shipping time within the US is 4 business days.  Because of the custom nature of prescription sunglasses, once an order has been placed, the order usually ships within 13-15 business days.  Non prescription orders usually shipe within 1-3 business days.   You will recieve a UPS tracking number via email, once the product has been shipped.  The email may not be sent out until the following business day, after shipping.

All shipments to the U.S. calculated upon checkout.  All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping and will be shipped via DHL ground unless another option is specified.  Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may not qualify for free shipping.  The average cost of free shipping is $10 and will be deducted from shipping cost to Hawaii and Alaska on orders that qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping

All international orders will be shipped via USPS.  International orders will be delivered within 2 weeks, assuming there are no customs delays.  You may receive your order in less than the specified delivery time.   

All shipments to Canada are $15.00 for shipping and handling. 

Any order to a country other than the U.S. or Canada must place the order over the phone at 801-404-4234 to obtain accurate shipping rates and estimated delivery date.

Returns on Sunglasses

Non prescription sunglasses 

Our non prescription warranty offers a 100% full refund or exchange if there are manufacturing flaws or defects.*  They must be returned within two weeks of shipment date in perfect condition together with the original box and packaging.

*Upon receipt frames will be examined to ensure that they are in their original condition and packaging then full price of the frames will be refunded.

**We very strongly recommend that you try on the frames you are interested in at a local store before you buy them at any online store.  Our goal is to provide you with better prices and we will not be held responsible if you are not satisfied with the fit of the frame with the exception of manufacturer defects.

Returns on Prescription Sunglasses

If you aren't happy with your prescription sunglasses or there are frame or lens defects please contact us within 3 weeks of the shipping date.  We will refund the full price of the frames*, however because of the unique and custom nature of prescription sunglasses  we cannont refund the price of the lenses.  This is rarely a problem as all of our work is done by highly skilled, certified opticians and every order is checked for defects before leaving our doors.
